Strong CK5/6 staining of normal breast duct on left with weaker staining of cancer tubules

Normal duct with strong positive nuclear staining with p63 demonstrating myoepithelial layer. Surrounding tubules of invasive grade 1 cancer are negative.
The weak cytoplasmic staining should be disregarded.
